Yesterday at the Jeddah Raceway drag strip, I had the honor to join the MC Performance team to first test their Drag Supra. I was invited by Husam Tayeb, the general manager of MC Performance.

It was a lovely night were I saw different cool cars including Ahmad Tayeb (Husam's brother) with his R33 which I wrote about earlier, GT 40, Porsche and many more, check my new album for more pictures. There were even other skylines but no one participated.

They owner of the drag supra, Bandar Alireza, wanted to test it before the big event on October 24-25th. In addition to that, their friend, Justin, from the US was in town and he drove the car. Nothing can explain the great sound this car was making neither the great appearance it had when the crowd first saw it, it was amazing!

The car had three runs and it did get the best record so far, that is 9.2 seconds at 221 km/h, remember this is a drag race, which is not street legal and it is running on full slik tires.

Congratulations Bandar and all MC Performance team and thanks a lot Justin for the great time we had together.

At the same time, Ahmad Tayeb broke his earlier record (10.525 at 221 km/h), which was the best record, this time, he got 10.420 at 226.74 km/h and that is on 1.6 bar of boost only and semi-slik tires, the car can go up to 2.7 bar of boost.
