I wrote about this in Arabic but due to a problem with my Database server the characters are converted to (?) as per below.

Maktoob has released this morning a new Arabic Search Engine. A fully featured search engine let's say. It is fully arabic compatible and "understands" Arabic characters properly. Not like the other "diying" Search Engine-like sites.
